Four instruments. One sealed environment.

As the platform grows, the naming convention stays clean. Each product extension reinforces the parent brand without diluting it. They all live under Thoris, by Mirasys.

Thoris Examine

The core document analysis engine.

Examine processes every document through three architecturally distinct extraction engines: a deterministic text-layer parser, a pixel-level OCR system with cross-validation, and a vision-language model that reads documents the way a human would. Each engine has different strengths and different failure modes. The system uses their disagreements as a detection signal.

Every document undergoes structural validation — page sequence integrity, Bates number verification, date sanity checks, signature completeness, and scan quality assessment. Cross-document validation then checks entity consistency, financial cross-references, and reference integrity across the full case record.

Each document receives a Document Quality Score: a composite metric based on OCR confidence, cross-engine agreement, and structural completeness — designed to assess fitness for use as legal evidence under Daubert admissibility standards. Documents that don’t meet the threshold are flagged for review. Never silently accepted.

Thoris Brief

Automated case summary and synthesis.

Brief takes the examined record and produces structured output — case summaries, timelines, issue lists, and risk memos — all grounded in your firm’s documents.

It uses your firm’s templates, your preferred language, your established style. The output reads like it came from your best associate, because it was built on the same institutional knowledge.

Brief does not generate from general models. Every sentence it produces is traceable to specific documents in the case record. Your lawyers review. They edit. They sign off.

Thoris Vault

The air-gapped data environment.

Vault is the sealed, dedicated system where the complete case record lives. It is physically and digitally isolated from the outside world. No internet. No external connections. No cloud synchronization. The system runs on Apple Silicon hardware with unified memory architecture — powerful enough to run large AI models locally without GPU servers.

Every action inside Vault is recorded in an HMAC-SHA256 hash-chained audit trail. Each log entry is cryptographically linked to the previous one. If any record is tampered with, the chain breaks — and the system detects it immediately. Full processing logs are exportable in JSON and CSV for compliance review.

Vault satisfies ABA Model Rule 1.6 by architecture, not by contract. Client data cannot be exposed because the system has no mechanism to expose it. The firm owns the hardware, controls the access, and retains complete chain of custody.

Thoris Counsel

The lawyer-facing insight and analysis layer.

Counsel is how your attorneys interact with the examined record. It surfaces findings, connections, and analytical observations — organized for the way lawyers actually work through a matter.

It answers questions grounded in your documents. “Have we handled something like this before?” “What arguments did we use last time?” “Find language we’ve already used successfully.” Every answer cites its source.

Counsel provides analysis. Never advice. The distinction is absolute. Thoris examines and presents. The lawyer evaluates and decides.

“The most thorough case analysis ever built.”

Every instrument in the Thoris platform operates inside the same sealed environment. The case record enters once. It is examined completely. Nothing leaves.

Nothing left unexamined.
